Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Retail Orders Only

This Returns Policy applies to retail purchases only. Wholesale orders are supplied under separate wholesale trading terms and are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Natural soaps and personal care products that have been opened or used.

• Customised or personalised products.

• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
